Melex Industrial has been in operation for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on the fact that many staff members have long service records and it is this record of loyalty and low staff turnover that has proved to be a core factor in the development and growth of our business. This has resulted in high skill levels, consistency and service excellence. Some of our senior staff members have been with the Company for over 30 years.
Under the current management, we have acquired CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) punching and bending machinery. In so doing we have greatly expanded our capabilities in terms of the quality and consistency of products produced. Those services not available in-house are outsourced to outside service providers with whom we have long and well-established working relationships.
In March 2005, the Company embarked on an empowerment project, uplifting key staff members to become shareholders, forming the nucleus of our team, all striving toward service excellence.
Melex Industrial now employs a full-time workforce of around 20 people, including design and administration staff.
